Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 31, 2024, Antares Private Credit Fund (the “Company”) declared a distribution for its Class I common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”) in the amount of $8,290,292, which is payable to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2024, and will be paid on or about January 30, 2025. This distribution will be paid in cash or reinvested in additional Shares for shareholders participating in the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.
