Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 11, 2025, Walter Jackson notified the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Antares Private Credit Fund (the “Company”) that he is resigning from the Board of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Jackson served on the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.

 

Mr. Jackson’s resignation from the Board of the Company was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
